I don't like Guida either.. but he is top 10 now (ugh).  Pettis deserves a spot.  Cerrone (who I love) is borderline.

His style isn't going to make everyone fall in love with him, but you have to put him in your top 10 given his current winning streak of beating Gugerty, dos Anjos, Gomi and Pettis.

Guida squeaks into my top 10. I refuse to put him ahead of Pettis for that "win". Pettis > Bendo > Cerrone

Cerrone is top 10, he just needs a chance to prove it, unfortunately he keeps getting stuck with replacements. Oliveira will be a very tough test though.

Am I the only one that still has Sherk top 10?

He doesn't fight enough and is 2-2 in his last 4, and in all honesty should be 1-3(he lost that Dunham fight). He still can win with his wrestling but he chooses to box a lot more now which doesn't work so well. He's on the downside of his career imo...

With losses to BJ Penn and Frankie Edgar...Everyone in the top 10 gets beat by Frankie Edgar and BJ Penn...And I think Gray beats Frankie, but would lose to BJ right now

BJ would have to finish a fight against Maynard I'd think... but then again, he outwrestled Fitch those first two rounds... would be an interesting fight.  I wonder if BJ will ever move back down.

I don't think Gray would be able to take BJ down and BJ would pick him apart on the feet

I'm surprised at how many people are putting Cerrone in their top 10.

new approach to my rankings....i dont care about who has the belt, i care about who would beat who...i think guillard and bendo can both beat anyone else, and guillard is ahead of bendo to me....hence, guillard 1 and bendo 2 and edgar 3...again, i did this because while edgar as the belt, if he fought either guillard OR bendo today, he'd lose.

@Soccerkick -- seeing as how so many people around here don't respect the title around his waist by ranking him as #1, I'm guessing he'll fall off the list completely with a loss.  Hopefully that doesn't happen though, because I want him to earn some respect beyond what he's already deserving of.  I still can't believe people don't give the champ the #1 spot in the rankings for that respective weight class.

I play favorites, I'm doing Edgar a favor by putting him 3rd.
